back in LA, i used to watch univision, the mexican television station, to practice my spanish. by watching it, i was also getting updated on the news going on in mexico.

I´ve cross the Tijuana-San Ysidro broder several times and it always surprises me the large amount of Hispanic people crossing the border. When I think of Hispanic people in the US, this photo comes to my mind.

I think Music,Sports and Food are representative of Hispanic Culture, like Salsa, Football or Tex-Mex cooking (mixture of Texan and Mexican recipes):

ResponderEliminarThe last year, the Chicago Latin Film Festival has celebrated his 25th anniversary. This Film festival is the most important in his genre done in the United States, and 30.000 people visited it each year.
ResponderEliminarMusic and latin rhythms are some of the most popular artistc symbols of the hispanic culture introduced in northamerican artist such as Maddona, but the hispanic art has more things to say as seen in this film festival that in three days will begun his 26th edition.
